Creative Office Resources’ Year of Impact
As we reflect on the past year, we want to share the inspiring stories of our employees who dedicated their time and energy to over 19 different charities scattered across the United States.
Corporate responsibility is more than a business initiative—it’s a call to action to uplift the communities we serve. At Creative Office Resources, our employees have embraced this spirit of giving, dedicating their time and resources to organizations that address a wide range of needs. From local initiatives to national programs, their commitment helps create stronger, more connected communities.
This year, our partnership with Team IMPACT has been a standout highlight. Team IMPACT pairs children facing serious illness or disability with college sports teams, fostering life-changing relationships. Through corporate sponsorship, volunteering, and event participation, we’ve proudly contributed to the incredible work they do in transforming lives and building bonds of support.
Giving back is at the heart of who we are. We believe success is defined not just by what we achieve in business, but by the positive influence we have on the world around us. Together, we’re working toward a future driven by compassion, connection, and shared purpose.
Team IMPACT
Team IMPACT is a national nonprofit dedicated to connecting children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams, creating long-term, life-changing relationships for both the children and the athletes. Team IMPACT builds meaningful connections through programs like Signing Days and community events, fostering inclusivity, resilience, and lasting relationships.
WeCare with MillerKnoll
We Care is a holiday event where children from the Boys & Girls Club of America, alongside volunteers from design firms, MillerKnoll, and dealer teams, create heartfelt gifts for loved ones. This initiative, supported by over 30 MillerKnoll dealers and 200 architecture and design firms annually, reaches more than 4,000 children nationwide. This year, our New England and Tri-State teams joined in to support their local communities.
Pass Mass Challenge
2024 marks Chris Leonard’s 21st Pan Mass Challenge, where he rode 191 miles from Sturbridge to Provincetown to support Dana-Farber Cancer Institute via the Jimmy Fund. The Pan Mass Challenge, a fundraising bike-a-thon started in 1980 by Billy Starr, raises money for cancer research and treatment. 100% of all rider-raised funds go directly to the cause. This year, Chris raised $9,025 and contributed to the milestone of surpassing $1 billion raised. He rode with the Boston Bruins team, continuing his commitment to this meaningful cause.
MaineHealth Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital
COR’s Portland office hosted a donation drive for MaineHealth Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. The Child Life Team at BBCH provides a Wish List of items needed, and COR employees purchased donations to gift to young patients. These contributions support the hospital’s ongoing efforts to bring comfort and joy to children in care throughout the year.
