Bardin Hill
Bardin Hill sought to create a headquarters that properly reflects the firm's vision and values.
Overview
Bardin Hill, a global investment management firm, moved into a reimagined new workspace that perfectly reflects the firm’s rebranding and repositioning in the financial sector. The objective was to create a space that fully supports the Bardin Hill team. The concept of transparency was key. Open plan workstations allow employees direct access to daylight and city views, and glass-front offices and conference rooms give the space a cohesive feel while celebrating teamwork.
To encourage connection between coworkers, the floorplan includes several huddle rooms and an open cafe area overlooking Park Avenue - an inspiring area where teammates can collaborate. A mini putting green lets employees take a step back from the computer screen to recharge.
