Boston University's Duan Family Center for Computing & Data Sciences is a 345,000-square-foot, 19-story hub for innovation—the largest sustainable and fossil fuel-free building in Boston. In partnership with KPMB and Compass Project Management, COR furnished dynamic work, learning, and collaboration spaces to support 3,000 students, faculty, and staff.
Boston University's Duan Family Center for Computing & Data Sciences is a 345,000-squarefoot, 19-story building—the largest sustainable and operationally fossil fuel-free structure in Boston and the University's first LEED Platinum project. As a trusted partner of BU since 2006, COR collaborated with KPMB and Compass Project Management to furnish 342 offices, 341 workstations, 76 collaboration lounge areas, 27 conference and meeting spaces, 15 classrooms, 9 outdoor spaces, and 2 event spaces. Designed to support 3,000 students, faculty, and staff, these spaces enhance collaboration and adapt to the evolving needs of research, study, and teaching.
