After working on their previous headquarters, COR worked alongside IA Boston, Structuretone Boston and Cumming Group to relocate Cambridge Associates, a global investment firm, to their new Boston headquarters on the top three floors of Winthrop Center. The 116,000 sq ft space signifies a shift to a dynamic hybrid workplace, emphasizing employee choice and connection. True to the heart of Cambridge Associates' bold culture, COR helped bring the executive team's workplace vision of championing an unassigned seating model and eliminating private offices to life. The extensive project included workstations, glass walls, conference rooms, breakout zones, recruiting/client-facing spaces, café, library and outdoor furniture.
