Collaborating with Newmark, VCA, and Commodore Builders, COR designed and furnished the 27,750 square-foot headquarters space, including offices, workstations, admin stations, conference and huddle rooms, cafe, reception, living room, and quiet study areas. COR successfully worked together to meet Centessa's vision, all the while remaining on-schedule and within budget.
