COR collaborated with OTJ Architects, Tremont Construction, and JLL to create an inclusive, high-end 9,000-square-foot Boston headquarters. Designed to support agile, hybrid work, the space fosters collaboration and reflects the firm’s commitment to sustainability, with energy-efficient solutions and biophilic elements. Featuring user-friendly, elegantly crafted private offices, workstations, conference rooms, meeting spaces, a café, and a welcoming reception area, the design balances functionality with a modern, organic aesthetic.
