COR collaborated with Redgate and Visnick & Caulfield to successfully consolidate this confidential technology client's two offices into a newly constructed, 67,000 square-foot space, emphasizing the transition to an unassigned, hybrid workplace model. The project included 360 workstations, private offices, reception, conference rooms, huddle rooms, wellness rooms, lockers, and cafe areas across two floors. COR provided value engineered furniture solutions to offset rising construction costs, all while maintaining the original design intent.
