Hannaford, a long-standing client of Creative Office Resources, partnered with SMRT and Zachau Construction for a comprehensive building restack. Recognizing that the high-walled layouts of past offices no longer fostered collaboration, the team developed a plan that re-imagined the space while adhering to the client's budget. Together, they transformed offices, conference rooms, huddle and focus spaces, ancillary areas, open meeting zones, and workspaces into a cohesive, modern environment designed for flexibility and collaboration. The project reflects COR's commitment to creating functional and forward-thinking workplaces.
