Creative Office Resources has worked with MaineHealth - Maine Medical Center, a complete health care resource for the people of northern New England, for over 25 years. The Malone Family Tower is an 8-floor, 280,000 square-foot addition to their Portland Campus to address the growing needs of the community. The addition includes 40 pre- and post-surgical beds, 19 procedure rooms, and 96 universal patient rooms as well as a lobby, care team stations, waiting areas, staff areas, and outdoor green space. COR worked with Perkins & Will and Colliers to support MaineHealth in achieving LEED v4 Healthcare Certification.
