Overview

Creative Office Resources has been a trusted partner of Major League Baseball for many years. For their new 400,000 square foot headquarters project, the COR team collaborated alongside Sterling Project Development and Studios Architecture to create an absolute incredible space that spans six floors at 1271 Avenue of the Americas. Every detail was meticulously reviewed for precise specifications, including the bookmatching of the wood veneer at the workstations and the details of the power/data passing through the custom workstations.
