Northeastern University’s EXP is a 357,000-square-foot, LEED Platinum-certified facility dedicated to research, robotics, and makerspaces. As a trusted partner of Northeastern since 1998, COR collaborated with Payette, Analogue Studios, and Turner Construction to furnish 588 workstations, 71 offices, 13 labs, 8 classrooms, various collaboration spaces, and an expansive rooftop terrace. Designed to encourage interdisciplinary innovation, these environments support the evolving needs of faculty, students, and researchers.
