Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL), a private equity firm located in Boston's Financial District, partnered with IA, Structure Tone, Cumming Group and Creative Office Resources for the renovation of their 63,000 square-foot headquarters. THL's project goals were clear - support and enhance their day-to-day workflow, represent the THL Brand, and transform the workplace experience for their staff. To meet their goals, COR furnished a variety of spaces including workstations, private offices, tech-free lounges, collaboration spaces, reception, lobby, an amenity zone with a dining area, and customer facing space with an executive boardroom. Through thoughtful design, the project team created a multi-faceted space to serve THL, their team, and customers.
