Creative Office Resources has partnered with UMass Chan Medical School, a leader in higher education and biomedical research, for over 20 years. Alongside partners Terva, ARC, and Shawmut, the COR team adeptly navigated challenges with fitting adequate seating into write-up stations for open lab spaces, as well as obstacles with substructure and floor core coordination. By installing suites, single-person offices, two-person offices, and write-up stations accommodating two, three, and six individuals, COR effectively addressed these challenges. COR also furnished conference rooms and public spaces. Despite the complexity of the nearly 350,000-square-foot project, COR provided customized product solutions, ensuring a successful installation that exceeded client expectations.
