Valley Health System is a regional healthcare system that serves residents in northern New Jersey and southern New York. Since 2019, COR provided full dealer services that included specifications and review, furniture ordering, verification and tracking, site assessment, delivery and installation and punch-list resolution. Valley Health Systems’ most recent project in Riverdale, NJ, included exam rooms, nurses stations, waiting areas, lab spaces, walls and touch-down offices. The project encountered challenges, including navigating an expedited timeline, mitigating unexpected construction delays, and addressing supply chain lead time issues. Additionally, the team adeptly managed various design changes to accommodate the diverse needs of the workforce, ensuring the final spaces not only met functional requirements but also reflected a thoughtful and inclusive design approach.
