As part of a long-standing relationship with Vornado Realty Trust, a fully-integrated Real Estate Investment Trust, Creative Office Resources was asked to help furnish three distinct sections of the 6th Floor at 330 West 34th Street in New York City. These three suites will be leased to prospective clients as a comprehensive turnkey solution. The project's scope included workstations, private offices, conference rooms, lounge areas, pantries, and shared corridor lounge spaces. This project stands as one among numerous successfully executed projects between COR and Vornado.
